WorldSprings Press Servicing

During my summer internship with Giant Noise, I played a key role in the launch of WorldSprings, a mineral hot springs experience. This client provided valuable insight into onboarding processes and crisis communication strategies.
One of my primary responsibilities was tracking press and media coverage leading up to and following the June launch. As part of this effort, WorldSprings partnered with local influencers by providing PR packages, while Giant Noise monitored the resulting media exposure.
I developed an Excel tracking system to log influencer social media posts. With over 200 influencers participating, the initiative gained strong visibility across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. After compiling the data, I uploaded the content to Box for internal use and client reporting.
